Real intimacy is a sacred experience. It never exposes its secret trust and belonging to the voyeuristic eye of a neon culture. Real intimacy is of the soul, and the soul is reserved.

Returning to What Connects Us
In a world shaped by distraction, fragmentation, and increasing separation, Relational Mysticism invites us to slow down, attune, and rediscover the field of sacred connection that lives within and between us. This work is a somatic, trauma-informed immersion into the deeper dimensions of intimacy—how we relate, how we listen, how we feel, and how we allow ourselves to be seen.
“You can’t heal what you can’t feel.”
Through embodied awareness practices—mindful movement, experiential inquiry and process work, Journaling, Qigong, and trauma-integration exercises—you will learn to sense more deeply into the body’s wisdom—softening protective patterns and opening to presence, resonance, attunement, truth, and relational clarity.
|
Why This Work Matters
We live in a time when meaningful connection is both deeply needed and desired, yet profoundly challenged.
Many of us: • Repeat old relational patterns we cannot explain • Feel unseen or unheard in intimate relationships • Struggle with setting boundaries or expressing our truth • Carry shame, fear, or inherited trauma that shapes how we relate • Long for deeper intimacy with ourselves, others, and the living world Relational Mysticism helps us meet these places with compassion, curiosity, and embodied awareness.
Instead of trying harder or performing better, we learn how to feel, listen, and attune...to ourselves and to those around us. This is where healing begins. |
The Power of Community
What was broken in the relationship can only be healed in relationships—when we are felt, seen, heard, held, and supported in a safe space, healing happens naturally.
|
“Community is the currency
of the future.” Throughout the program, we work in dyads and triads, small relational containers that offer safety, resonance, and witnessing.
You’ll learn how to: • Hold space without fixing • Stay embodied while in connection • Listen beneath words to the space between us • Regulate your nervous system in relationship with others • Be present with another’s experience without losing yourself These relational practices form the foundation for more authentic connections in your life, work, partnerships, and communities. |
Preparing for Trauma Integration Circles & Triads
To step into this work thoroughly and meaningfully, we encourage you to prepare with these grounding practices:
1. Cultivate Presence
Take time before to slow down, ground, and settle into your body. Become more present to what’s happening in your body and emotional field.
2. Open to Feeling
Trauma integration is not about analysis or thinking. It is about sensation, emotion, and awareness. Bring a willingness to feel whatever arises and turn towards it.
3. Engage with Curiosity
Rather than trying to “get it right,” or “get rid” of something unwanted, show up curious. Let your patterns, reactions, and emotions be teachers rather than obstacles.
4. Honor Confidentiality
Our circles work because they are safe. Everything shared remains in the container.
5. Come Ready to Participate
The program is experiential. The more you engage with presence and awareness, the more transformative healing unfolds.
6. Bring a Journal
Insights arise quickly. Writing them down deepens integration. We will be doing journal work in the workshop and Circles.
When we prepare in these ways, something extraordinary happens:
Connection becomes a healing force.

In this program, we will explore: • Somatic awareness & embodiment
• Trauma integration & nervous system regulation • Relational presence & attunement • Ancestral & collective healing • Qi Gong & movement-based grounding • The mystical field of connection • A new way of relating that honors truth, compassion, and soul. Together, we create a living field where old wounds soften, new possibilities emerge, and intimacy becomes a pathway to awakening. |
Intimacy is a totally different dimension. It is allowing the other to come into you,
to see you as you see yourself. But the fear is that if you drop all your defences,
all your masks, who knows what the stranger is going to do with you?

What people are saying:
Michael’s course was life-changing for me….When I registered for the course, I had just had a loss in my life of someone very close to me, I was experiencing deep grief that I could not seem to release, I was taking care of my mother with dementia, I had insomnia, and very few days where I felt peace….After participating in Michael’s workshop, I went home and… slept without insomnia and had flu-like symptoms for two days. On the third day, I felt a peace in my mind and body that I had never experienced before. When I registered, I sure did not expect such a change in two days. Thank you!

I have a deeper understanding of myself and others. It was a big release, one that let me be vulnerable. Feelings of freedom, an opening of my heart, letting go of old beliefs and stories—lots of tears and laughter. I am very grateful to our group and our strong warrior leader, Michael Stone.
-Valerie Hummingbird, Singer
Sometimes in life, one may need to stop, reflect, regulate, and shift. Doing this work in an intimate group is the perfect, most impactful way to begin this journey. Thank you to Michael, the group, and all of our spiritual guides.
-Laura, Business Owner
Thank you for an incredible, gentle journey deeper into "me" than I get from Traditional Therapy. I left feeling more alive and in touch with both myself and others. The group co-creating in an authentic, safe space like this is something EVERYONE should experience. I wish the concepts we learn from you, Michael, could be taught to every teacher so every kid can learn the at a young age. I'm thankful for the opportunity to do this work. It's more worthwhile than I imagined.
