This is an ongoing group for senior students of The Well of Light ​
  • The CORE (Community, Organizing, Resourcing & Empowerment Group) is an ongoing online program for people who want to do the deeper spiritual and trauma integration work. In this advanced program we continue to deepen our ability to transcend our sense of separate self and develop the skills of Relational Intimacy, Authentic and Embodied Communication, Post Traumatic Healing, and Community Organizing... To apply for this program you must have a regular meditation practice and fill out this confidential application. Michael will then set up a zoom interview to see if this is a fit for you and the group.
*To be eligible to participate in this program you must have a regular meditation practice and consider yourself well and functional in your own life, and the world.

 I have discovered much by listening to Michael, by watching his guidance, by pondering on his messages. I'm more honest, compassionate and connected with people than I've ever been before. The course Michael ran was a huge wave in that growth. I think of Well Of Light and I get hope and excitement. Youthful elders doing their thing. Having age not be a limit; and it's not the true reality. To witness that is inspirational. I feel great, hopefully excited about being an elder myself. I got what I came for initially, to be around Michael. It was to grow confidence to lead others through meditation and holding space and being in each class I developed and devoured it. I paid attention to my body. 7-24 times per day, I feel my body. This course gave me that subconscious access. It's invaluable; our tool, our beacon to the universe to what's happening and what's stored in the past. To  be with it  and be ok with it. How to be with others and see them as others. See them as ourselves. What we are feeling from them is inside of us. Michael brought us through the dynamics through practice, knowledge, wisdom, intellectually and experientially. Michael gave us a grasp on being with people that I don't think many people have to have even written about. He is the guy that's been able to deliver it the most enjoyably.

It was a big journey, I felt very supported in deepening my practice and it's a big part of me now. The big teaching or lesson for me during these 6 months was to be aware of my body. Be aware of everything I've been feeling and be with it. The way I used to cope was to keep doing things and get busy. So my mind and body wouldn't be aware. The capacity to be with all that was happening in a way that I felt grounded and peaceful. I loved how Michael would interact with each person, it was very respectful and professional. He really cares about everyone there and creates a space of safety and harmony. Doing this work has shifted my spiritual journey, the group has fortified my constitution and also my enthusiasm around this journey. My friends have remarked how different I seem, and that a change is very apparent. My reactions and my interactions have been so different than before, in that I don't let things penetrate my past wounds. You can develop a sense of trust in yourself to practice your inner listening and guidance, which we tend to give away.
