Our Integration circles are safe somatic trauma-informed containers for real conversations
that connect us to our highest, most creative, connected, innovative, and authentic selves.
The journey begins with a willingness to explore the innate intelligence of our body and
nervous system to protect, inform, and integrate fragmented and frozen experiences from
our past. This leads to a greater sense of connection, intuition, freedom, and self-expression.

The benefits of being held in a healing circle:
- Learning to listen beyond words, activating all our senses
- Discovering our innately unique, authentic, & transparent voice
- Opening to receive the abundant love that surrounds us
- Effectively supporting others in their healing process
- Feeling seen, heard, held, and supported with reverence & respect
We are wounded in community and we are healed in community. No way around it.
Healing might not come from the community where the wounding took place,
but community is needed for healing nonetheless.

About Our Healing Circles:
Our group healing circles are closed after the final registration to prioritize safety, continuity,
and confidentiality. With a participant range of 8 to 18 individuals, we convene at least four times
a month for four to six consecutive months. This collective healing opportunity is dedicated to
those committed to profound inner spiritual shadow* integration work, addressing inner
fragmentation resulting from personal, familial, collective, and ancestral trauma.
Facilitated by Michael and the group, these secure, confidential, and supportive spaces enable
the exploration of our essential goodness. We work towards healing unintegrated past experiences that perpetuate repetitive and habitual patterns causing suffering, self-doubt, and contraction from life.
To join these programs, kindly complete the confidential application below.
*Shadow refers to the Self’s emotional blind spot – the unconscious aspects of personality that the ego avoids identifying. This program engages with your unconscious mind through
neuro-embodied practices to reveal parts suppressed and hidden by your intelligent and protective nervous system. The healing circle's safe environment enhances our ability to identify and release these unexamined, suppressed, and frozen aspects, fostering greater wholeness, authenticity, creativity, and connection with ourselves, others, and life.

“Trauma fundamentally means a disconnection from self. Why do we get disconnected?
Because it is too painful to be ourselves.”

About Trauma:
Trauma fragments and disconnects us, anchoring overwhelming childhood and life events as tension and numbness in our bodies. This protective mechanism of the nervous system traps us in repetitive cycles, leading to suffering and futile attempts to control the uncontrollable.
Our Trauma Awareness and Integration Healing Circles address the intricate legacy of individual, familial, collective, and ancestral trauma. These circles serve to digest and integrate unfinished cycles from our shared past. Circles provide a secure space for openness, authenticity, and transparency on the spiritual and healing journey. Utilizing a positive, integrative, and somatic approach, we acknowledge personal and ancestral influences, enabling the integration of suppressed experiences.
Within these circles, we cultivate a quiet mind, heighten physical and emotional awareness,
and engage in trauma-informed somatic practices. We deepen connections with ourselves,
others, and the world by dissolving mental chatter. Our 4-6 month Committed Circles offer a
dedicated space for those ready to delve into the profound work of trauma awareness,
integration, and post-traumatic healing.
We can integrate and digest these frozen parts of our essence and free ourselves from the
bondage of our childhood experiences. Trauma is not the thing that happened to us but the
thing that happened to us without a compassionate witness. In our healing Circles, we provide
the co-regulation and witnessing needed in the earlier overwhelming situations. As Jack Kornfield says,
“It’s never too late to have a happy childhood!”
The cost of participating in these groups varies depending on one's ability to pay and perceived
value, sliding from $150 to $200 a month.
Thank you for your interest in our trauma integration and healing work. If you would like to
be on the waitlist for upcoming Circles, please fill out the application below.

What Participants are saying:
Michael Does a great job of creating a safe container. There is an alchemy that takes place in his groups, that promotes healing, growth, and greater self-awareness.
I am also learning a lot from Michael about how to work somatically with my clients, and my creativity has been reignited from a three-year hiatus. Bonnie E., Psychotherapist I’ve been part of one of Michael’s Trauma circles for about four months, and it’s been an entirely singular experience. The compassion and support of the group are like a family I never had. The healing power is tremendous. The group brings such light to darkness. Doug H Retired |
Michael Stone's Trauma Circle group has allowed me to open up to others and to hear others in deep and profound ways. I didn't know how much healing was possible by being able to share in a safe and supported space. I have connected the dots and released stress and trauma from my body, mind, and spirit. Thank you, Michael!
Yvonne R., NP In this group, I’ve found a safe, loving circle where I can muck about in old hurts and explore how they affect me. Anything is safe to talk about and is received with love. Diane M., RN |
I have been getting more comfortable and able to feel the feelings and sensations arising in my body, especially when interacting with others. I have been growing in my capacity to stay with myself and my experience when with others.
Richard C. MA Michael is an extremely skilled facilitator who creates a safe container for healing. His group has enabled me to change how I meet myself and my emotional landscape from shame/rejection to acceptance of myself and others. I have also bonded with other group members and feel held and safe in community with like-minded individuals interested in deep internal work. V. Lee, bodyworker and yoga instructor |
This class has allowed me to find a safe space to feel unwanted feelings and process them with others who are compassionate and understand and accept me as I am.
Mike Z, Retired Environmental Scientist I have received a lot of value both directly and indirectly through my participation in Michael Stone's Tuesday night group. It was very helpful when Michael was working with me directly. Surprisingly, I also received a lot through tracking my internal experience when Michael worked directly with another participant. Traveling along in either case helped me come more into my experience, be more vulnerable, and see others and be seen myself. Richard |
