New Moon Global Call to Action
Being of Service & Belonging!
A FREE Interactive Global Conversation
with Michael & Stephen G. Post
Saturday September 28th, 9-10:30am Pacific
To combine our deepest longing with our gifts, strengths and talents in service to the world is where we discover
our natural state of belonging.
Join Michael & Stephen G. Post for this deep interactive exploration into how being of service can bring us home to our soul’s place in the family of things, a space of profound belonging, and interconnectedness, which is our true nature...
If we do not allow ourselves to get burned out or ignore sound practices of self-compassion, it must be said that in the giving of self lies the unsought for discovery of a deeper, happier, healthier and more resilient self. The flourishing giver has almost always belonged to a community of kindness (family, friendship networks of fellow volunteers, and spiritual practitioners...) with good role models who pass the torch, and will discover a deeper sense of belonging. A community of kindness and character that values and acknowledges service from the heart as the kindling that allows us to discover our own Inner Light. Whenever I have been able to influence the culture of healthcare systems to true compassionate care for patients, it has always been because we were able to create circles of trust to support those who provide and receive that care. When young people do not belong to a community of love and compassion, they are hurt, and hurt people hurt people.
