Quantum Power

Week 1 - What is Quantum Power?
In this module we explore the relationship between what we call Quantum Power, and the more common use of the word Power, which is often thought of as force, control and dominance.
We will also examine and discover where power can be lost, relinquished, misused and manipulated. At the heart of this module is the exploration of how our beliefs and perceptions affect our ability to be powerful.
In this session, we explore:
- Quantum Power vs. force & control
- The true nature of influential power
- Common beliefs and misperceptions about power
- What causes power to be lost
- How we are defined by power
Week 2 - Authentic Power and Presence
In this hands on module, we will discover barriers to the expression of Quantum Power. Here we explore the quality of presence and how it can deepen our connection to power, creativity and full self-expression.
We will also examine fear as frozen power; discovering how to transform the limits, constraints and barriers to tapping into one’s innate and intuitive ability to influence.
In this session, we explore:
- The gift of power that is frozen in fear
- Barriers to the expression of Quantum Power
- Relationships between power and presence
- Blocks to our authentic self-expression
- The field and potentiality of belief change
Week 3 - Quantum Power and Performance
In our third module, we examine the role of integrity, coherence and the power of language, all of which are essential to peak performance.
Quantum Power is always congruent with the larger community, or field from which it is drawn. When our beliefs are aligned with our actions we produce extraordinary results.
In this session, we explore:
- Congruence and its interconnection to our innate power.
- Integrity as a catalyst to optimal performance and workability
- Coherence as the bridge connecting our inner and outer world
- The influence of conversations on the community field
- Creating from “what is” rather than “what should be”

Sandra Wallin is an educator, clinical counsellor & consultant who grew up in the rainforests of British Columbia, riding bare back through ancient cedars. There, with her horses, she learned another way to listen and lead, a way she’s been teaching in schools and organizations for over 30 years.
Known as a belief builder and motivational teacher, Sandra is a transformational catalyst who debunks the myth that change is painful and slow. As a lifelong learner she has earned Bachelor’s Degrees in Science and Education and a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology. She was a school teacher and counsellor for over twenty years and has been a psychotherapist since 1996.
