The Wisdom of Belonging
Relational Intimacy and the Journey Home...
Deepening presence, healing relationship, and remembering our place in the greater whole.
At the heart of every human life is a longing to belong—to ourselves, to one another, to our bodies, to the Earth, and to something larger than the separate self.
This immersive weekend offers a space to slow down, return to the body, listen beneath the story, and explore intimacy as a sacred capacity to remain present, truthful, open, and connected.

Intimacy Without Abandoning Yourself
Many of us learned early in life that intimacy was not always safe.
We may have protected ourselves by distancing, pleasing, numbing, fixing, controlling, disappearing, or becoming who others needed us to be. These patterns were not mistakes. They were intelligent adaptations that helped us preserve connection and protect what was most tender within us.
This weekend is an invitation to relate differently—not by overriding your boundaries or becoming someone else, but by learning to remain connected to yourself while opening more fully to others.
Intimacy is not something we perform. It is something we remember.
What We Will Explore
Throughout the weekend, we will engage in embodied practices, relational inquiry, and contemplative exploration designed to help us return to ourselves, one another, and the greater web of life.
No prior experience is necessary—only a willingness to arrive with curiosity, presence, and an open heart.
