In this episode, Michael and Thomas Hübl talk about the impact of individual and collective trauma and our society and the planet. Thomas's new book, Healing Collective Trauma is just out and in this lively conversation, they look at how we have normalized so many ways of being that are actually trauma responses. They also look at the possibility for the future that the exploration of collective trauma presents for healing and a thriving world.
Thomas Hübl is a teacher, author, and founder of the Academy of Inner Science. Thomas’ work combines somatic awareness practices, advanced meditative practices, and transformational processes that address both individual and collective trauma, opening the potential for growth and healing. Thomas has worked with tens of thousands of people worldwide through workshops, multi-year training programs, and online courses.
He is also the founder of the nonprofit Pocket Project, which aims to increase awareness and understanding of collective trauma and reduce its effects.
