In this episode michael and Sara’ get real about race, discussing the phenomenon of “othering”, collective trauma and the impact on culture, institutionalized racism and embodied awareness… They spoke about the difference between absolute and relative reality and the issues that can arise when people don’t distinguish the difference. Don’t miss this beautiful interaction of finding unity in diversity...
The thing that I found the most remarkable about my interview with Michael Stone is the seemingly effortless way in which he created spaciousness and freedom for me to speak from my heart. You can see, hear, and feel his mindfulness-in-action in the way he carefully sets up the conversational container. We quickly entered into some tender domain...from the politics of race to the embodiment of liberation on the quantum-level, it seemed like there was no limit to what we might touch upon together.
