Trauma Awareness, Integration, Spiritual Counseling & Healing Circles
Our Approach
We create safe, supportive environments for individuals, couples and groups who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or alone, to navigate and dissolve the root obstacles to living a life they love. We offer a positive, holistic approach to post-traumatic healing that recognizes personal, familial, collective, and ancestral influences on our sense of self and how we relate to the world.
What is Trauma Informed Facilitation?
"Trauma integration facilitation is a process whereby one or more people intentionally create a safe space for others to be more present to their physical, emotional, and mental experiences. This allows one to witness, and embrace suppressed, dissociated, and painful parts of their past that have been frozen and time-bound in their bodies. By bringing awareness to these fragmented parts we can integrate and digest unexperienced trauma and free up immense energy, creativity, and freedom in our self-expression and relational intimacy. It also allows us to make sense of past experiences that didn't make sense at the time of the trauma or overwhelming situation.
Michael Stone is a spiritual author, mentor, shamanic practitioner, radio host, producer, and trauma integration facilitator, who has been teaching and leading groups and transformational programs for over 50 years.
